Return & Shipping Policy

We are happy to accept in-store exchanges, store credit, or a refund to your bank account for unworn, unwashed merchandise with original store tags attached and in original packaging within 14 days of your order date with proof of purchase.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of your delivery.

Reduced, discounted, and sale items, beauty/skincare products, haircare, footwear, apothecary, jewelry, handbags/accessories and swimwear items are not eligible for credit, exchange, or refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
